  My pediatrician recommended Dr. Mandelson and I called to make an appt. The young woman who answered the phone did not even say the name of the practice. I wasn't sure if I had the right number. Then she asked what are you coming in for and what insurance do you have? These are typical questions, however; her tone of voice was unprofessional and very short. The doctor doesn't accept my son's two insurances and therefore we will continue looking for another neurologist. The doctor should try calling his own office and see what type of unprofessional attitude his staff is displaying.
